These are the terms for using Kaogaga and for booking through us. Using the site means you accept them.
1. You must be 18 or over
This site carries adult content and is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and that adult material is legal where you are. If either isn’t true, you have no permission to be here.
2. What the fee covers
Our fees pay for a companion’s time and her company. That is what is being sold, and nothing beyond it is offered, implied or included, by us or by anyone listed on this site. What two consenting adults choose to do with their own time is private, entirely their decision, and forms no part of the arrangement you make with us.
3. Bookings
Enquiries reach us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Nothing is booked until we’ve told you it’s booked. Rates and availability on a profile can change without warning, so the figure we quote when you write is the one that counts, not the one on the page.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Tell us as early as you can if plans change and we’ll do what we can. Late cancellations and no-shows waste a companion’s evening, and our cancellation terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
5. How you’re expected to behave
Arrive when you said you would, at the place you agreed, sober enough to hold a conversation, and treat the companion you meet like a person. She can end the booking and leave, with nothing refunded, if you’re aggressive, too drunk, or pushing for something that was never agreed. That’s her call to make and we back it every time.
6. Privacy runs both ways
We keep your details to ourselves and expect the same from you. No photographs. No recording of any kind. Nothing about a companion goes onto social media or gets passed to your friends. Break this and you won’t be booking with us again.
7. The lines that don’t move
Nobody under 18 is involved with this agency in any capacity, and no amount of asking will change that. Nor will we work with anyone who is being coerced, controlled by a third party, or advertised without their consent. If you see anything on this site that suggests otherwise, tell us and we’ll act on it the same day. Where the law requires it to be reported, we report it.
8. Staying on the right side of the law
You’re responsible for the law that applies to you. Hong Kong draws specific lines around adult services, including soliciting in public and premises shared by more than one worker. Nothing on this site is an invitation to cross any of them, and none of this is legal advice.
9. Using the website
Don’t scrape it, don’t republish our listings in bulk, don’t try to break into parts of it that aren’t yours, and don’t push spam through the forms or comments. We’ll cut off access if any of that starts.
10. Photos and text
The design, the site text and the listings as a collection are ours. The photographs belong to the companions who supplied them. Neither is yours to reuse.
11. What we’re responsible for
We arrange the introduction and we stand behind that. We can’t guarantee how well two people get along, and we’re not liable for losses beyond what we were paid for the booking. Nothing here removes any liability that the law says can’t be removed.
12. Taking a listing down
If you’re pictured on this site and didn’t agree to it, or you’re a companion who wants her profile gone, contact us. We treat that as urgent and we don’t argue about it.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version always sits on this page with the date at the bottom, and carrying on using the site means you accept it.
14. Law
Hong Kong law governs these terms, and the Hong Kong courts handle any dispute arising from them.
